Monterey Linen Striped Skirt, Take Two...

I am not going to spend a whole lot of time talking about this outfit because you have seen the pieces multiple times and why freaking re-invent the wheel? So, check out the embroidered floral tee (I still say fireworks tee) and the striped linen monterey skirt (or whatever the heck it is called) in this post.

Here is the polyvore for this outfit. :)

And here I am in it. I don't even quite remember when I wore this...I do know that it was very very warm that day, and honestly, this skirt is truly fantastic when you want to stay cool...

Look at baby CW right there, peeking out from under my skirt...aaaaaah!

You wore that when I came over, silly! That was a Tuesday, I think. Those were the days when I didn't have any work. Sigh. It was warm, humid too. Blegh.

But humidity be gone! Autumn is here! Yay! :)

Okay, I will do more comments later, as I have to feed baby now, but I HAVE to respond...

Amy Kelinda: Maybe baby can be a baby supermodel and pay for her college before she is two!!! :)

Drewablank: I guess I DREW A BLANK when writing this post. (Slaps knees and guffaws...) ;)

Oh, tomorrow it will be 82 degrees...guess the DC weather fooled you...talk soon!

I am regretting not getting the Fireworks tee. I saw, loved it and then I said "maybe later". Now I cannot find on my size. Lucky you have it, it's so cute.

I love how the kids always find a way to show up in the pictures, they are adorable.

I tried on the striped monterey skirt a while back and loved it. This looks great on you. Love CW peeking out to say hello...she is just a doll!

btw...based on your (& Summerilla) review on the Jakarta halter dress, I snapped and bought it on the extra20 + free shipping extravaganza this morning. I'm a little nervous since it's final sale....yikes! But hopefully it will fit me well and work as well as it did for you!

Hi, guys! Thanks for your patience, I am FINALLY energetic enough to comment back. Well, I say energetic, but I am not 100% so I am only going to do my whole "comment to the group and answer individual questions, etc."

Thanks for commenting on what was basically a rehash of an old outfit. :) At least CW made the outfit a tad more "new."

AppGal: I want to see you in the jakarta dress, even if it is just to try it on for the blog!!! I bet you will look so PRETTY!

Tres Tippy: I am so glad you were inspired. This was one of Jenna's picks that I actually agreed with 100%...she said this was the skirt to own, and she was right...totally awesome design, fit, and execution!
